About Us
Pacific Cellulose is established and located in British Columbia, Canada.
Procurement
We work directly with the North American paper mills or their authorized agents to procure paper and pulp products for export markets. Currently we are engaged in export to South Asia, Middle East, South America and East/West Africa. Destination countries are subject to supplier mills approval and products requested.
Finance
As a rule, international customers make direct payment to the paper mills and authorized export agents through letter of credits or prepayment. We also assist the overseas customers to secure line of credit with exporting mills in North America.
Supply Chain
Since we work in multiple time zones around the world, Pacific Cellulose has long established relationships with all the stakeholders in the supply chain at all major North American export terminals. We also work with our international overseas associates and engage directly with their office staff to execute the orders.
Customer service
Pacific Cellulose serves its customers 24x7 and ensures that the products are procured and delivered in a timely manner. Should there be some challenges, the team takes the lead in troubleshooting and resolving the issues working with the suppliers and supply chain stakeholders.
